Rogers,
the architect, integrated two buildings (the old Sage Hall and the new
Science Center) by means of bridges that criss-cross over the “Focus”
area, the space between the brick Sage Hall and the new glass façade.
This in-between space is a prime example of the integration and a collision
of the old and new.
