In
1991, Perry, Dean, & Rogers was again commissioned to perform some
renovations on the Science Center. In this renovation, the once courtyard
on the “ground” level was transformed into a computer workstation
area, now dubbed as the “mini-focus”. White claims, the
“mini-focus” still preserves a feel of the outside. The
space spans the height of the building and the ceiling consists of skylights
that infiltrate sunlight during the day.
Watch your step! Why are the lights still on? |
