Hotels

Participants are responsible for making hotel reservations.

We have reserved blocks of rooms at two hotels. Note that the Wellesley College Club has only a few rooms.

The block of rooms at the Hampton Inn will be held until September 14, 2007, at noon. After that time neither availability nor rates are guaranteed. Mention ECOAS and the Wellesley College Math Department to get these rates.

The Hampton Inn is about a 10-15 minute drive from the College. We will be providing shuttle service at the beginning and end of each conference day.

We encourage graduate students and postdocs seeking support to share a double room.

So that we can arrange the appropriate capacity for the shuttle service we will provide from the Hampton Inn, please indicate on the registration form where you plan to stay, and if you expect to have a car with you.
