Wellesley College Music Department: Lute Lessons

Wellesley College offers private instruction on the Lute.

A 7-course Renaissance Lute is available to students enrolled in the above lesson categories.

Performance possibilities:
Lute students (with consent of their instructor and the Collegium Director) will have the possibility of participating in the Wellesley College Collegium Musicum.

This 7-course Renaissance Lute, built in 2003 by Michael Schreiner, was a memorial gift to the Music Department from the class of 1941. Thanks to their generosity, students studying lute will be able to use this fine instrument.
