Biographical Information: Performs in opera, concert, recital, recording; she has sung Gilda in “Rigoletto,” Euridice in “Orfeo ed Euridice,” Susanna in “Marriage of Figaro,” Marie in “Bartered Bride,” Gretel in “Hansel and Gretel,” Nannetta in “Falstaff,” Musetta in “La Bohème,” Violetta in “La Traviata.” With the Boston Academy of Music: “Arabella” (named by Richard Dyer in The Boston Globe as “Best of Boston 1998”), “Vanessa,” “Il Trittico.” Performed with the Philadelphia Orchestra and the Atlanta, Detroit, Cincinnati, Houston, Utah, New Jersey, and Baltimore symphonies, Buffalo Philharmonic, St. Paul Chamber Orchestra, Prague Autumn Music Festival, Stuttgart Philharmonic in Germany, New York’s Mostly Mozart Festival, 92nd St. Y Chamber Symphony. Worked with Sir Neville Marriner, Hugh Wolff, Charles Dutoit, Robert Shaw, Dennis Russell Davies, Rafael Frühbeck de Burgos, Neeme Järvi, and Gerard Schwarz

Recordings: Handel’s operas “Siroe,” “Muzio,” “Berenice”; Victor Herbert songs with orchestra, “Thine Alone,” Ned Rorem’s “Three Sisters Who Are Not Sisters,” all on Newport Classic. Vaughan Williams’ “Serenade to Music” on Vox Cum Laude, Johannes Somary’s “Songs of Innocence” on Premier, Handel’s “Tolomeo” on Vox Classic. Also Samuel Barber’s “Vanessa” on Naxos and Debussy’s “Pelléas et Mélisande” on Arsis.

Professional Affiliations: Certified teacher of the Alexander Technique, editor of “ExChange, the journal of Alexander Technique International.” Faculty member at Wellesley College.
