Education: Honors graduate of Wellesley College. Graduate study on modern and historical flutes at the Mozarteum in Salzburg.

Prizes: Billings Prize for Excellence in Musical Performance and Stevens Traveling Fellowship, both at Wellesley

Biographical Information: Performed on modern and historical flutes in North America and Europe with numerous chamber and orchestral ensembles. Co-Artistic Director and flutist for Musicians of the Old Post Road, winner of the 1998 Noah Greenburg Award (American Musicological Society), which has five CDs to its credit and numerous awards. Guest principal flutist with the Montreal Baroque Orchestra; soloist with Boston Baroque. In the Boston area, performed with Handel & Haydn Society, Cantata Singers, Boston Cecilia, Masterworks Chorale, Emmanuel Music, among others. Performer at the Yellow Barn Music Festival where she worked closely with John Cage.

Professional Affiliations: Taught modern flute at Clark University, College of the Holy Cross, and New England Conservatory Extension Division. Currently a faculty member at Wellesley College.

Recordings: Recorded for the Telarc, Titanic, and Meridian labels.
