Costs

The comprehensive fees for 2009-2010 will be specified in the letter of acceptance and posted on our website. (The costs for 2008-2009 were $47,740 for the full academic year; $23,870 for the fall or spring semester only.) Once announced, program fees do not change with fluctuations in the dollar-euro exchange rate.

The program fee includes:

• Round trip fare Boston-Paris-Boston
• Visa fees
• Round trip fare between Paris and Aix-en-Provence
• Educational and administrative fees
• Food and lodging from the departure date to the end of the academic year
• Group activities, e.g., excursions, museum visits

The fee does not include:

• Passport application fees
• Travel insurance
• Excess baggage charges
• Personal expenses (laundry, books, snacks, etc.)
• Vacation travel or local transportation
• Student health insurance
• Dental expenses

PAYMENT OF FEES

Deposit:

Full academic year program, or fall/spring semester only:

• A non-refundable deposit of $500 upon acceptance

Payment Options:

Students participating in the full year or fall-only programs may use either the semester payment plan or an installment plan. The first semester payment is due on August 1 and the spring semester payment is due on January 2.
