ACADEMIC JUSTIFICATION
Please explain your reasons for pursuing this course of study and its relevance to your work at Wellesley and to your future plans. Include topics like the relevance of language study to your major, study with specialists in your field of interest, research in preparation for a senior thesis, etc. Do not include the general importance of study abroad, or personal goals like getting to know your roots, traveling or exploring a new culture. You must also explain why none of the approved programs meet your particular needs.
