The Babson undergraduate catalogue and class schedule are available in the Wellesley Registrar's Office. You can find the Babson Course Bulletin on line as well.
1. Go to the Wellesley Registrar's Office and pick up a Cross
Registration Form and an Application for Transfer and Summer
School Credit for each class you plan to take at Babson.
2. Obtain an approval signature from the Wellesley Registrar's Office
on the Cross Registration Form. Submit also the Application
for Transfer and Summer School Credit, following the
directions printed on that form.
3. Go to Babson's undergraduate office to get approval to take the
course(s) you want . Obtain an approval signature on the Cross
Registration Form and leave the yellow copy at Babson.
4. Return the signed original form to the Wellesley Registrar's
Office, along with your add/dropp card.
NOTE: All Babson courses must be approved individually for transfer
credit and for the major by the relevant Wellesley department, and
approval forms must be filed with the Wellesley Registrar, as
indicated above. Credit, but no grade, will appear on your Wellesley
transcript, and the course will not be figured into your GPA.
Although most Babson courses are worth 4 credits, which is equivalent to a Wellesley unit, some are not. This information is noted in Babson's Undergraduate Registration Guide. A course which is fewer than four units will transfer proportionately to your Wellesley transcript, e.g. a three credit course is worth .75 Wellesley units.
Listed below are some of the courses Wellesley students tend to take at Babson. Feel free to consult the evaluation notebook on the counter outside the Exchange Office, 339C Green Hall, to see a list of courses Wellesley students have taken at Babson over the past few year and to read course evalutions.
