1)  In the third column above, please rank in order of preference the seminar(s) in which you are interested.  
2)  For each seminar for which you are applying, provide the following information: 
a) the course name and number of the prerequisite(s) and related courses you have taken; 
b) other relevant experiences, such as internships; 
c) the reasons why you want to take this seminar.
3)  List any other Political Science seminars you have taken.
4)  Indicate if you are a graduating senior who needs a seminar to complete the major. 

The completed form can be submitted online or returned to the Political Science office (PNE 249) no later than Wednesday, November 4, 2009, at 4:00 p.m. 
A list of students admitted to the seminars will be posted on the Political Science homepage and the tack board in Political Science student pickup area on Friday, November 6, by 4:30 p.m.
