Where can I buy stamps for my department?
You can purchase
stamps online at www.usps.com and charge them on your Pro-card. Stamps
are also available in the Wang Campus Center at the retail window. Only cash is accepted at the Wang Campus Center.

You can purchase
stamps online at www.usps.com, at the Wellesley Hills or Wellesley Square
Post Office, the retail window at the Wang Campus Center Mail Services
office, or at some ATM machines.

Department packages
should have a meter mailed form attached and placed in campus mail.

Where can I mail personal packages?
There are two U.S.
Post Offices in the town of Wellesley and Mail Boxes etc. located on
Linden Street in Wellesley. Mail Boxes etc. provides USPS, UPS, FedEx
and packaging supplies. Wellesley College Mail Services at the Wang Campus Center provides package services for items weighing up to ten pounds. Domestic items only.

Money orders can
be purchased at the local U.S. Post Offices, some grocery stores and
at local banks.

How do I pick up certified, registered, insured and express mail
for my department now that there is no window in Green Hall?
All U.S. Mail requiring
a signature will be logged in and signed for by Mail Services and sent
to you in campus mail.

How do I mail overnight mail for my department?
The College has
a corporate account with FedEx. You can get supplies and air bills by
contacting Fran Adams at fadams@wellesley.edu

How can I mail overnight items for myself?
There are several
options available. There are two self-service FedEx boxes located on
campus. One is between Green Hall and Pendleton the other is between
Simpson and the Science Center. These boxes are equipped with supplies
and blank air bills. You can pay by credit card. You can also go to a
local post office and ship U.S.P.S. express.

Where do I go to have something weighed for pricing information?
There is a scale
available for weighing items outside the former Contract Station in Green
Hall. There are also scales available at the retail window of the Wang
Campus Center Mail Services office.

How will I weigh items to ensure I affix correct postage?
There will be a
10 pound electronic scale located on the first floor of Green Hall by
the department mailboxes. We will post a USPS rate chart on the bulletin
board above the scale. There are also scales available at the retail
window of the Wang Campus Center Mail Services office.

How do I get to the Wang Campus Center?
Walking: To
get to to the Wang Campus Center (the location of Student Mail Services),
walk towards the west entrance of the College at Central Street, but
turn into the building on the west side of Wellesley College Road that
is between the Physical Plant and the Parking Garage, across the road
from the Quad Residence Hall complex of Beebe, Cazenove, Pomeroy, and
Shafer. You will enter at road level on floor 2 of the Wang Campus Center,
and Mail Services is situated across from the Convenience Store and Coffee
Emporium.
