Course Information |
Syllabus Much of the course will be conducted as a workshop, because students will be working on their individual research projects. Each research project may have unique problems or questions that will require unique solutions: there is no general formula that applies to all research. Each project may also progress according to a unique timetable. Thus, though there will be times when we are all working together, there will also be times when individuals in the class are working on different stages of their projects. Therefore, the syllabus for the course is a tentative guide to the topics we’ll cover and the stages of the research process, but NOT something you should expect that we will stick to closely as the semester progresses.
