graduate Eva-Dina Delgado is the 1999 recipient of the
Oprah Winfrey Award for Volunteerism that provides a
stipend for a summer internship with a not-for-profit
organization. A 1999 graduate who majored in
international relations, Delgado will be working for the
Consumer Credit Counseling Service of South Texas to help
low-income individuals, especially recent high school
