Athletic Fields

With the completion of the containment area in the spring of 2002, work began on the construction of four playing fields (field hockey/lacrosse, soccer, softball, and a recreation field) and a track, an important expansion of the college's athletic facilities. The fields are scheduled to be available for the college's use at the beginning of the 2002-2003 academic year.

Below is a schematic of the planned fields and the surrounding restored wetlands, including a pedestrian boardwalk.
