The planned activities for the week of 4/22/02 are as follows:

  1. Continue storm drain installation along the south side of the Distribution Center building, as well as other site drainage.
  2. Continue importing borrow.
  3. Excavation of borrow soil from the softball field area.
  4. Placement of topsoil layer for surface restoration.
  5. Continue subgrade and finish grading across site.
  6. Installation of monitoring well network is ongoing.

    Activities conducted during the week of 4/15/02 include:
  1. Continued to import borrow.
  2. Continued to work on dam: Placed concrete fill underpinning granite blocks around culvert pipe and for under granite cheek stones.
  3. Continued to install site drainage.
  4. Continued to bring grades up to Phase I sub-grade on top of engineered barrier in and around recreation and soccer fields.
  5. Continued to place material along the west side of the consolidation area adjacent to planned track.
  6. Continued to fine grade slopes along wetlands and water quality swale and place top soil.
  7. Continued to lower the grade of the softball field to generate borrow.
  8. Decommissioned monitoring wells at MW-24 due to storm drain installation in close proximity
