The planned activities for the week of 3/18/02 are as follows:

  1. May receive cut granite blocks.
  2. Begin installing 18-in. layer of select borrow over the top of the geosynthetics of the engineered barrier.
  3. Begin installing perimeter and interior drain for the engineered barrier.
  4. Continue restoration work, including wetland restoration along the edge of PSP.
  5. Continue preparing subgrades across site; including wetlands subgrade and lowering of the softball field to generate additional borrow soils to use around the site.
  6. Select equipment demobilization.
  7. Installation of the slide gate for the PSP dam.

    Activities conducted during the week of 3/11/02 include:
  1. Completed installing woven geotextile and sand borrow over the west field of the consolidation area.
  2. Completed HDPE liner and geocomposite installation.
  3. Continued restoration work, including wetland restoration along the edge of PSP.
  4. Placement/stockpiling of imported fill.
  5. Continued preparing subgrades across site, including lowering the softball field to generate borrow soils for use around the site.
  6. Discontinued perimeter air monitoring.
