The planned activities for the week of 3/25/02 are as follows:

  1. Receive additional cut granite blocks and begin installation.
  2. Receive and possibly install slide gate bearing and controller.
  3. Likely finish grading of peat along the wetland replacement area along the edge of Paintshop Pond.
  4. Slight reshaping of Waban Brook and touch-up work on the peat grading in the southern wetland.
  5. Continue equipment demobilization.
  6. Steel fabrication on Paintshop Pond dam.
  7. Continue storm drain installation.
  8. Complete installing 18-in. layer of select borrow over the top of the geosynthetics of the engineered barrier.
  9. Complete installing perimeter and interior drain for the engineered barrier.
  10. Continue subgrade preparation work across site.
  11. Operate surface water diversion pumps as needed.

    Activities conducted during the week of 3/18/02 include:
  1. Received portion of cut granite blocks for PSP dam restoration.
  2. Installed portion of 18-in. layer of select borrow over the top of the geosynthetics of the engineered barrier.
  3. Installed portion of perimeter and interior drain for the engineered barrier.
  4. Continue restoration work, including wetland restoration along the edge of Paintshop Pond.
  5. Continue preparing subgrades across site including wetlands subgrade and lowering of the softball field to generate additional borrow soils to use around the site.
  6. Storm drain installation and detention basin work.
  7. Installation of the slide gate for the Paintshop Pond dam.
