As Wellesley's preferred on-line travel agency, Wellesley College travelers can use Expedia Corporate Travel (Expedia.com) to book and arrange any and all air, rail, car rental, motor coach or airport transport for themselves or other members of the college community. In addition to transportation, travelers can also book any lodging needs, arrange for hotel transfers and rental cars. As Wellesley's preferred on-line travel agency, Expedia Corporate Travel has access to any and all discounts the College has negotiated (including MASCO rates) with the travel industry and to the Wellesley College Travel Policies to help you in securing the most cost effective and appropriate business travel arrangements. In addition to it's on-line capabilities, Expedia Corporate Travel also functions as a full service travel agency through a 1-800 number that is posted on the website.
Expedia Corporate Travel charges a fee of $5 for domestic and international airline ticketing when booked on-line and $30 for when travelers call a special 1-800 for personal assistance.
Expedia Corporate Travel will also accept Wellesley College BUDGET NUMBERs as a payment option. Your on-line profile will include a default budget budget number for your travel. Please contact the Purchasing Department if you need to change your default budget number.
Expedia Corporate Travel can offer you assistance with your personal travel needs as well. You will have the ability to toggle between payment options.
