As Wellesley's secondary preferred travel agency, Village Tours and Travel will book and arrange any and all air, rail, car rental, motor coach or airport transport for members of the college community. In addition to transportation, Village Tours and Travel will also book any lodging needs, arrange conference, coordinate special tours and handle special travel needs of the individual or groups traveling. As Wellesley's secondary preferred travel agency, Village Tours and Travel has access to any and all discounts the College has negotiated (including MASCO rates) with the travel industry and to the Wellesley College Travel Policies to help you in securing the most cost effective and appropriate business travel arrangements. As a full service agency, Village Tours and Travel can offer you assistance with your personal travel needs as well.

Village Tours and Travel charges a fee of $20 for domestic airline ticketing and $40 for international ticketing. 

Navigant will also accept Wellesley College PT NUMBERs as a payment option.  To obtain a PT NUMBER, please call x2036 and have the BUDGET NUMBER, DEPARTMENT NAME, and the NAME OF THE TRAVELER ready.  This number is then provided to Navigant by you when you make your travel arrangements.  Navigant bills Wellesley College on a monthly basis for all travel and The budget number provided against each PT NUMBER is charged.
