Commodity Matrix

 

The Purchasing Department is currently working on an interactive Commodity Matrix that will let Wellesley College Purchasing Customers know the preferred or contracted source for any item that they might need.

In the near future, we will be providing information on 
Group Purchasing Contracts that Wellesley College has access to.  The pricing on many of these contracts is far better than standard academic discounts due to the volume of all the participating schools.




We hope to assist the Wellesley College community with
meeting their purchasing needs whenever they need assistance.  The Commodity Matrix will be available 24/7.  There will no longer be a need to get someone on the phone to answer a simple vendor question.  No more waiting for a call back.
