MID-SEMESTER WARNINGS

ARTICLES OF GOVERNMENT, Book II, Legislation Concerning Instruction, Article VII, Section 2, A.
“ Instructors are expected to report on the work done by first-year students and transfer students in the first half of their first semester. Such reports shall be sent to the Registrar if the student’s grade is C- or lower. The student shall be notified.”

Instructors may also wish to call to the attention of the Class Deans other students who are in difficulty. Please list below the names of any student who requires a warning. Please indicate whether you believe the student can finish the semester with a creditable grade or whether it may be wise to drop the course at this point.
