you have forgotten your pin or if it has been disabled and you
are on campus, you must come in person with your picture ID
to the Registrar's
Office. If you are off campus you may submit a signed request via
letter or fax. Let us know how we can contact you with your new PIN.
Please allow 2-3 business days to reenable a pin.
