Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974, commonly known as the "Buckley Amendment", helps protect the privacy of student education records. Among other provisions, FERPA protects the privacy of educational records, including your student account at Wellesley College.
