Payment Policy


-Billing

Fall Semester billing statements will be mailed in early July. Wellesley College must receive payment by August 1.

Spring Semester billing statements will be mailed in early December. Wellesley College must receive payment by January 2.

Billing statements will only be mailed in July for the fall term, and December for the spring term. . In any month in which there is an outstanding balance on the student account, an email will be sent to the student’s Wellesley College email address informing her of the balance due and providing a link to view her account detail on line. Current students may view their account detail on line 24 hours a day through Banner Self Service.

Please retain the statements for your records and share the contents with any family member or third party making payments on your behalf.

Unpaid accounts are subject to late payment fees.

Charges incurred after the payment deadline, including those as a result of add/drop, music department charges, and parking and library fines, are due immediately and subject to late payment fees.

If your student account is delinquent, you may not participate in the housing lottery, register, receive an academic transcript, diploma, or recognition of other official work done at the College.

-Address Updates

It is important that you notify the Registrar’s Office of permanent mailing address changes, because you are responsible for your balance whether or not you actually receive your bill. If your home address changes, or if you will be away for more than a month, please mail the new address information to the Registrar's Office.
