Applicants applying through QuestBridge for the Match Program, please send the following documents(consult the QuestBridge web site for deadlines):
QUESTBRIDGE INFORMATION SHEET available from QuestBridge
Submit the Questbridge Information Sheet with a photocopy of your parents’ signed 2008 federal tax returns and W-2s, all pages and schedules, to Wellesley College, Student Financial Services, 106 Central St., Wellesley MA 02481.
If your parents are self-employed, you should submit all 2008 business tax returns to IDOC as part of your packet.
Submit the Profile to the College Board, www.collegeboard.com. Our code is 3957.
If your parents are no longer together, your noncustodial parent must complete the Noncustodial Parent Pofile and send his/her 2008 federal tax return directly to our office in a separate packet.
In January, 2010, complete the Federal FAFSA at www.fafsa.ed.gov with Wellesley as a recipient. Our federal code is 002224.
You will receive communication from the College Board concerning the filing of the 2009 tax material through their free imaging service, IDOC.
