In order to have a registered event on campus, it must be sponsored by a student organization or department. The following steps are for student organization-sponsored events only.
Below you will find many useful resources for planning events at Wellesley. Student Activities staff are also available to meet with you to discuss your upcoming event logistics such as the space request and set-up, possible funding sources, how to invite a speaker or artist and the contract process, as well as other event-related questions you may have.
