All telephone repair calls should be directed to the Telecommunications Help Line at x4357.

When reporting a trouble call, please be sure to have the following information available:

• Courtesy phone number
• Building and floor
• Complete description of trouble

Before reporting a problem placing a call, please check the following:

• If you have trouble placing a call, check your dialing instructions. When reporting a problem, be sure to provide the complete number you are dialing and any recorded information you hear.
