TO GET HELP AT ANYTIME WHILE USING VOICEMAIL:

Press 0.

TO CANCEL THE CURRENT STEP AND RETURN TO THE PREVIOUS STEP:

Press * at anytime.

TO SKIP A GREETING AND LEAVE A MESSAGE:

Press # when the greeting begins.

TO SKIP A MESSAGE AND LISTEN TO THE NEXT MESSAGE:

Press # at anytime during the introduction or during the message.

TO FAST FORWARD 10 SECONDS WHILE LISTENING TO A MESSAGE:

Press 3 during the message.

TO FAST FORWARD TO THE END OF A MESSAGE:

Press 33 during the message.

TO REWIND A MESSAGE TO THE PREVIOUS 10 SECONDS:

Press 1 during the message.

TO REWIND TO THE BEGINNING OF THE MESSAGE:

Press 11 during the message.

TO PAUSE WHILE LISTENING TO A MESSAGE:

Press 2 to pause, then press 2 again to restart the message.

TO PLAY A MESSAGE SLOWER:

Press 4 while listening to the message.

TO PLAY A MESSAGE FASTER:

Press 6 while listening to the message.

TO REPLY TO A VOICEMAIL MESSAGE (WITHIN WELLESLEY SYSTEM):

Press 8, record message, press # to complete then press # again to send

TO PLAY A MESSAGE LOUDER:

Press 9 while listening to the message.

TO EXIT VOICEMAIL:

Always press ** until Betty says "Goodbye."
