Senate Bus

SENATE BUS SCHEDULE

The Senate Bus runs between Wellesley and Cambridge from Friday evening through Sunday evening.

Tickets are required for the Senate Bus and are sold at the Wang Campus Center, the Bookstore, the Housing and Transportation Department, Out of Town News in Harvard Square, LaVerde's Market in the Stratton Student Center at MIT and at the Marlboro Market located on Mass Ave. Tickets are required in each direction on the Senate Bus. Each ticket purchased at Wellesley College costs $2.00. Students are encouraged to purchase a punch pass of ten rides for $20.00. Punch passes are available at the Wang Campus Center, the Housing and Transportation Department and the Wellesley College Bookstore. Tickets purchased off the Wellesley College campus are sold at a higher cost. You may also purchase tokens for the Senate Bus. Token Vending Machines are available in the Wang Campus Center at Wellesley College.

The Senate bus drop-off and pick-up points are the Chapel, Wang Campus Center, Harvard Square at Johnson's Gate on Mass Ave., MIT/Kresge located on Amherst St. at McCormick Hall, and the corner of Massachusetts Avenue and Commenwealth Avenue. Some Senate buses stop at the Woodland T Stop as well as the MFA . The buses that stop at the MFA do not stop at Woodland on the return trip. The Woodland T stop is approximately fifteen to twenty minutes from either Wellesley or Cambridge. (Please refer to schedule.)
