Women. World. Partners.

Wellesley’s new initiative takes the College around the globe in partnership with the world’s leading institutions.
Our aim is to share the unique interdisciplinary pedagogy developed for Wellesley's Albright Institute to help create the next generation of women leaders.
The Inaugural Partnership: Wellesley College & Peking University
The Wellesley College & Peking University Partnership will kick off in June of 2013. Twenty students will travel from Wellesley to Beijing to participate in an intensive 10-day academic program with 20 Peking University students. The program will be based upon the Albright Institute's educational model and supported by faculty from both institutions.
On June 15, the academic program will culminate in a conference on women's leadership featuring distinguished women leaders from China, the United States, and all around the globe.
After the June program, Wellesley's ongoing partnership with Peking University will encompass faculty and student exchanges, joint research, virtual collaborations, internships and more. Another—essential—aspect of the long-term partnership is facilitating the development of a global network of women leaders.
