Take advantage of this important health enhancing benefit and enroll in a class that is compatible with your interests and lifestyle. Faculty and staff may choose from a comprehensive offering of low-cost wellness programs taught by knowledgeable and enthusiastic instructors.

Walktober
You are invited to participate in the Wellesley Walktober Program, beginning Oct. 10. Participants will be involved in a 42-day walking program and will record daily steps or minutes either individually or as part of a 4-10 person team. The goal is to accumulate 5 or more leaves per week. Leaves come in red, orange, and gold colors; each color represents a different level of exercise exertion. Daily health tips and recipes are included in the program. A raffle will be held at the end of the program to celebrate individual and team accomplishments and goals.
