Outreach to Students

Alumnae recruitment activities are a vital and integral part of Wellesley's outreach to students in communities throughout the country and the world. In recent years, more than half of the students in the entering class have recorded contact with alumnae admission volunteers during the recruitment cycle. This significant statistic confirms the importance of alumnae outreach activities.

Volunteering for the Admission Office includes interviewing, covering college fairs, hosting prospective student gatherings, sponsoring the Wellesley Book Award, and contacting prospective and admitted students. Please click on the links on the left menu for more information about each activity, including for more detailed information about interviewing.
