Don't use your credit card to make impulse buys.

According to the FDIC , if you use your credit card to by a new laptop ($1,000) and pay a minimum payment of $20 per month, it will take 19 years to pay off your laptop purchase!


Wellesley College alumna Manisha Thakor ’92, founder of the Women’s Financial Literacy Initiative, has been named the college’s first-ever financial fellow.
