What are your academic interests?
I like Psych! I intend to major in Psychology and minor in English. My intent is to be a journalist or maybe some other type of non-fiction writer, but I think I could be a therapist too.
What activities are you involved in?
Ethos, the student organization for women of African descent, was very inviting when I came to Wellesley for Spring Open Campus, and I plan to be involved with them. Ministry to Black Women has accepted me with open arms as well.
What are some of your other interests?
Like many Wellesley women, I love to read all sorts of material. I love movies, too. I volunteered a lot in high school, and once I get into the swing of things, I hope to spend my Saturdays on or with a charitable organization—Saturday nights may be a different story!
What excites you about Wellesley?:
At Wellesley, I feel like the world is my buffet table. For the first time, I have friends that don't look, sound, or think like me. I can delve into disciplines that I have never even thought twice about. I wanted a liberal arts education, and Wellesley will deliver.
