Early Decision Deadline Update:
In our conversations with students and counselors this fall, we have learned that some have encountered problems in completing or submitting applications or applicant credentials via the Common Application. We expect that most of the problems with the Common Application have been resolved, or will be resolved, very soon. We are also confident that our process for receiving applications and applicant credentials is working correctly. However, we recognize that some students and counselors may still face unanticipated challenges in submitting Early Decision applications and applicant credentials by our November 1 deadline, so we have extended our Early Decision deadline to Wednesday, November 6.
Please note that the Common Application system will not reflect the extended deadline, but it will accept the submission of Wellesley applications through Wednesday, November 6.
If student recommenders or counselors are experiencing difficulty submitting application credentials using the Common Application online systems, please feel free to ask them to contact our office directly at email@example.com
Recommenders and counselors are welcome to mail or fax credentials to our office. Mailed materials should be addressed to Office of Admission, Wellesley College, 106 Central Street, Wellesley, MA 02481. Materials can be faxed to 781-283-3678. In order to assist us in processing application documents as quickly as possible, we ask that all materials include the applicant's name, date of birth, high school state or nation, and the decision plan under which she is applying.
