Rebecca Gordan
Rebecca Gordan is Program Director of the Madeleine Korbel Albright Institute for Global Affairs.

As Program Director, Rebecca works with Albright Ambassadors, Senior Leadership, and the Institute's Faculty Director to set and fulfill the strategic priorities of the Institute.

Rebecca brings to the institute a diverse background in international program management. Prior to joining the Albright Institute, Rebecca was in the Kyrgyz Republic working for American Councils for International Education, where she oversaw strategy and implementation for internship, exchange and cultural education programming for young adults and professionals. She previously served with American Councils in Tajikistan in a similar capacity. Prior to that, she was employed with the Aga Khan Foundation in Washington, DC, where she was responsible for grants development and oversight of the organization’s microfinance and civil society portfolio.

Rebecca holds an MA/MPA from Indiana University in Central Asian Studies and Nonprofit Management.
