Maya Nandakumar
Maya Nandakumar is a junior majoring in Classics and Political Science.

This past summer, she traveled through Italy in order to research and publish articles on Catholic monasticism and cultural preservation. In the past, she has worked on an archaeological project in Greece and interned for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 Presidential Campaign. For two years, Maya was the Opinions Editor for The Wellesley News, but has since left her position to write for HuffPost. Following graduation, she hopes to pursue doctorate degrees in both law and art history before starting a career in cultural heritage policy at UNESCO.
