Wintersession 2011

The 2011 Wintersession Program delved into personal and corporate social responsibilities in a changing world.

The esteemed Madeleine K. Albright, U.S. Secretary of State (1997-2001), joined us as our Distinguished Visiting Professor to share her thoughts on the role of international higher education, aid, opportunity. During the first two weeks of Wintersession, the Albright Fellows attended classes with prominent speakers, including Wellesley faculty, alumnae practitioners, and thought leaders from outside organizations. The Fellows worked together in interdisciplinary groups on a variety of pressing international issues, which culminated in presentations to the Institute’s Distinguished Visiting Professor at the end of Wintersession.
