Arriving by Plane
Each Council delegate is responsible for making her own travel arrangements. Council delegates are urged to purchase tickets as far in advance as possible to get the best fares. The best travel fares are often found online.

Airport transportation will be available from Logan Airport to the Crowne Plaza in Natick using Logan Express. Logan Express stops are clearly marked at Logan airport on the arrivals level at all terminals. Delegates should take the Logan Express bus to Framingham, where they can board a shuttle to the Crowne Plaza in Natick.

The Logan Express to Framingham costs $12 each way and delegates should save their receipts for reimbursement from the appropriate group (please see the reimbursement page for more information). You will pay when you arrive in Framingham. The trip takes approximately 30-45 minutes (allow more time during rush hours). Click here for the Framingham Logan Express schedule.

The Crowne Plaza Hotel is located across Rt 9, about 5 minutes away from the Framingham Logan Express stop, and provides a complimentary shuttle service between the bus stop and their hotel. A dedicated Wellesley shuttle will run approximately every half hour on Friday between 12-10 pm. Delegates who do not arrive on Friday should ask their driver to call the Crowne Plaza in advance at (508) 653-8800 to let them know when the bus will arrive at the Logan Express stop.

On Sunday, October 19, following the Closing Lunch, a charted bus will depart for Logan Airport from the Campus Center. The bus will leave at approximately 2:30 pm. Reservations are required. Delegates can reserve a seat on the bus when they process their ALC registration.

Arriving by Train
Amtrak’s Northeast Corridor service stops at the Route 128/Westwood-Dedham station. It is a 25-minute taxi drive to the Crowne Plaza Hotel or to the College. Please arrange to have the taxi meet your train, as there are no station services at this location. Local taxi companies include Wellesley Transportation (781-235-2200) and Veterans Taxi (781-235-8294/617-969-8294). Wellesley will reimburse delegates up to $25 one-way for taxi service (check the reimbursement policy for your volunteer role).

Arriving by Car
The Crowne Plaza Hotel is located on Route 9 at 1360 Worcester Street in Natick, Massachusetts. It is across the street from the Natick Collection (Natick Mall) and next to the Sherwood Plaza.

Transportation between Hotel and Campus
Bus transportation will be provided between the Crowne Plaza and Wellesley College on Saturday and Sunday. A detailed shuttle schedule will be available in your registration packet.
