2008 Projects
Important Message: Rain Cancellations
Due to the likelihood of rain on Saturday, September 6 all
OUTDOOR projects have been canceled. This includes the following
projects: Coastsweep 2008 Beach Clean-Up, Community Harvest
Project, Drumlin Farm Wildlife Sanctuary, the Esplanade Association,
the Stone Zoo, and the On-Campus Project at Houghton Chapel.
The following INDOOR projects will still take
place as scheduled: Cradles to Crayons, the Greater Boston
Food Bank, A Place to
Turn, Sister’s Keepers, and The Home for Little Wanders.
Please note that the meeting spot for the INDOOR projects
has moved from the Founders Parking Lot to the 2nd Floor of
the Lulu Chow Wang Campus Center, by the information desk.

Sister’s Keepers is a Wellesley College group that
works to find housing solutions for Wellesley College student
mothers. Volunteers will go to the storage facility in
Ashland, MA to sort the clothes and other items in preparation
for the rummage sale which will take place in mid-September.
