Class, Club, and Group Websites
Broadcast Emails
The alumnae association can send broadcast
emails to your constituents. To send an email:
Club volunteers: Fill out the club broadcast email
request form
Class volunteers: Connect with your class contact
in Classes
& Reunion
Affinity groups: Contact the Alumnae Office tech admin
at techadmin@alum.wellesley.edu.
Requests for emails must be received at least
two weeks in advance, and should include the email
address of the person or group sending the email, the
text of the email, and
a subject line including the word "Wellesley".
Discussion Groups
Discussion groups are a good way to expand
on broadcast emails and communicate with your constituents.

If your group does not have a discussion group already,

Other tech resources for volunteers
- Register
for the alumnae online Community. All volunteers
should create an account and be familiar with the online
services offered so that they can better serve their
constituents.
- The
online directory - a searchable "phone
book" for finding individual alumnae (requires online
Community login). Useful for quick reference only
- for lists or mailing labels, contact the clubs
or classes office or the alumnae office tech team.
