During Alumnae Leadership Council, the Alumnae Association provides double-occupancy accommodations (a shared room) at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Natick, MA on Saturday night for delegates who are traveling from outside the metro-Boston area. Single rooms are available for an additional cost.
ALC begins at noon on Saturday and ends after lunch on Sunday. Many out-of-town delegates will require a hotel room for only Saturday night. The Alumnae Association will cover the cost of a shared hotel room on Friday night for volunteers who cannot reasonably travel to Wellesley on Saturday morning. As above, single rooms are available for an additional cost to alumnae.
The Alumnae Association handles all room reservations at the Crowne Plaza. Requests for lodging must be made on your Council registration form.
Roommates are assigned by class year, unless otherwise directed by the delegate on her request form. Roommates must be mutually requested.
