Participation Matters From reading Karen Williamson's column in the spring issue of Wellesley magazine, you know that increasing alumnae participation is a key goal of the Alumnae Association. In discussing this topic we have learned that even among experienced alumnae leaders there is confusion about what participation means, what counts toward participation, and what alumnae leaders of clubs, classes, and shared interest groups can do to increase participation.
In this session, we will discuss why the Alumnae Association is so committed to improving alumnae participation and to clearing up misunderstandings about what counts. Our hope is that everyone will leave ALC more informed about alumnae participation, and with a shared commitment to helping the College. Jewett Auditorium
