Wellesley Golf Finishes 13th at Mt. Holyoke Invitational
Northampton, Mass. – First-year Susan Choi
(Valley Stream/N.Y./Valley Stream) shot a second round 87 to lead
Wellesley to a 13th place finish at the Mt. Holyoke Invitational,
Sunday in Northhampton, Mass. Wellesley finished with a two-day
total of 744.
Wellesley's Victoria Lyo (San Francisco, Calif./Hong Kong International)
was the top individual finisher for Wellesley with a two-day total
of 174. Lyo shot a career-best 85 in the opening round of the invitational
and finished the second day with an 89 to place 25th out of 101
golfers.
Wellesley returns to the links, Sunday October 6th at the Williams
Invitational. Tee time is at noon.
