Children's Lessons

Introduction

The Wellesley College Swimming and Diving Team will be offering PRIVATE swimming lessons beginning September 28th, 2009.  ALL AGES and SKILL LEVELS are welcome.  

Our transition from group lessons to PRIVATE lessons reflects our commitment to giving your children the highest quality swimming lessons possible. Our highly knowledgeable instructors are SwimAmerica certified and have backgrounds in competitive swimming.

Our lessons follow the SwimAmerica level based curriculum which was created by the American Swimming Coaches Association in conjunction with the US Olympic Swimming Team. The program teaches children of all ages and abilities how to swim while fostering their enjoyment of the water! Scheduling

Scheduling for lessons will be handled on an individual instructor basis. Instructors will contact you in order to schedule lesson times which are convenient for you and your children. Lessons will be 30 minutes in length during which your insturctor will work 1-on-1 with your child.

NOTE: Swimming lessons are not available daily from 4-6:00pm due to Varsity swim practice and are subject to Instructor availability.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of registration. Registrations submitted without payment will not be processed as our program is extremely popular and fills quickly.

Checks are the preferred method of payment and should be made out to Wellesley College. Credit cards are not accepted.

Our lessons come in packages of 5 and 10 thirty minute sessions and are priced as follows:

Five Lesson Package: $150.00
Ten Lesson Package: $270.00
