Information about health center physical

• Performed at the college health center by appointments only
• All sophomores and seniors are required to have this done per department policy
• Any transfer students or students abroad may also need a physical
• Physical must be completed prior to the first competition (including scrimmages)
• Medical history and physical exam, including blood and urine samples, are performed
