Dear Fellow Golfers,

We are currently in the middle of our fall season and have already had three top ten individual finishes. Despite our smaller team, I am confident each of our golfers is fully committed to excellence in practice, qualifying, and tournament competition. I am proud of our achievements and enjoy watching the daily emotional and fundamental development of these student-athletes.

Our goals:

 “Stay in the present on every shot.”
“Let go of past mistakes.”
“Be consistent with pre-shot routines.”
“Manage your inner dialogue and thinking.”
“Give yourself as much information as possible about each shot, taking an extra minute to walk up to the green on all chips, reading putts from all sides, and getting accurate yardages and carry distances.”

Interesting how these concepts relate to life as well.

Our final tournament is hosted by Williams College and will be played at Taconic Golf Club. The leaves will be turning in the lovely Berkshires and we welcome all who would enjoy watching a competitive golf tournament with over 17 colleges and universities represented.
