2007 Recap: Field hockey finished the season with a 13-6 record and advanced to the conference championships before falling to Springfield in the title game. Callie Lekas led the team with 14 goals and 38 points, nationally ranked in Division III, and Katie Sang also ranked nationally in assists with nine. Goalkeeper Emily Hewitt posted 10 shutouts to lead the NEWMAC and rank fourth in the nation. Katie Frett was honored as NEWMAC Rookie of the Year, and coach Becca Vaill was named NEWMAC Coach of the Year.
