Wellesley Golfer Kim Eaton Selected for NCAA Championships

WELLESLEY, Mass. – Wellesley College first-year golfer Kim Eaton (Shepherdstown, WV) continued her record-setting rookie campaign with bid to the 2008 NCAA Division III Championships.

Eaton, Wellesley's top performer this year, earned medalist honors at the Wellesley Invitational, the Massachusetts State Invitational and the Endicott tri-match.  She also finished third at the Williams Spring Invitational and fourth at the Williams Fall Invitational.

Eaton is one of 11 individuals selected to play in the event and goes into the competition as the third seed.  The championship will be conducted May 13-16 at the Centennial Oaks Golf Club in Waverly, Iowa with Warburg College serving as host.  For more information, please visit: http://www.go-knights.net/ncaagolf/
