Prior to Dartmouth, O’Meara was the Assistant Coach at Bloomsburg University. While obtaining her master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, she assisted with all aspects of the program including recruiting, practice preparation, travel and fundraising. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical Education from Montclair State University in 1996. While at Montclair State, she was a NCAA Division III All-America softball selection, a four-year starter and standout on Montclair’s soccer team, and the college’s representative for NCAA Woman of the Year.
